Hot-dip galvanizing is a process to coat iron and steel with zinc in order to form a layer of protection to prevent corrosion. The process is just simply dipping the iron and steel into molten zinc bath and when the coated product is exposed to the air, the zinc will react in time with the atmosphere to form zinc carbonate where it will protect the inner surface from corrosion.

Hot-dipped galvanized product is easily identified with crystalline surface.

Hot-dip galvanizing process is suitable for outdoor and indoor application for any iron and steel products.
